  • Airline baggage fees
  • Any items/meals not listed under Tour Inclusions above
  • Items of a personal nature, laundry, telephone (except as noted above), or any other item or items deemed personal
  • Passports. Visas (if necessary)
  • Optional Trip or Baggage Insurance
  • Drinks with meals

What Are the Payment Options?

Visa, Amex or Mastercard. The credit card authorization form shall be returned, signed by the client to Coastline Travel prior to booking and confirmation of reservation.

What Are the Deposit Options?

  • First payment of 25% due upon booking
  • Second payment of remaining 75% to be received by July 1, 2019 (8 weeks before arrival)

What is the cancellation Policy?

  • 120 days prior to arrival 25% cancellation charge
  • Between 60 – 28 days 50% cancellation charge
  • From 28 days to arrival 100% cancellation charge

Substitutions: If, unexpectedly any of the tour inclusions become unavailable during the tour due to Force Majeure, we will endeavor to substitute alternative inclusions acceptable to you to the equivalent value of the unavailable inclusion.
